Requirements
14+ years as a program manager, with applicable experience in the security domain with portfolio-level oversight experience.
Proven ability to drive programs end-to-end — from inception through prioritization, execution, reporting, and successful delivery of complex initiatives.
Ability to prioritize cross-functional work into a cohesive plan, identify interdependence, and establish a framework that guides and mentors team through effective execution.
Exceptional communication skills for effective engagement with both engineers and executives, through meetings, presentations, and written updates.
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills with the ability to lead in an environment of ambiguity with a diverse range of partners.
Expertise in Product and Software Security, Supply chain security, with strong understanding of CMDBs and asset inventories to effectively consume system-of-record data for prioritization, risk assessment, and cross-functional security initiatives.
Proven experience partnering closely with engineering teams to drive security outcomes.
Understanding and hands-on experience with developer ecosystem tools, platforms, and workflows across the software lifecycle.
Demonstrated Agile practice experience in software projects and familiarity with Jira.
Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM, PMP, or equivalent credentials demonstrating expertise in cybersecurity and program leadership.
