Provide technical control services to the project owner/client on construction assignments
Ensure technical follow-up of construction projects from design to handover/acceptance (structural integrity, fire safety, accessibility for persons with disabilities, acoustics, thermal performance)
Carry out project studies, plan analyses and on-site verifications
Prepare reports including your technical assessments and recommendations
Collaborate in the development of new service offers
Contribute to the evolution of our procedures by participating in working groups and testing new digital tools
Support clients at all stages of their needs and build long-term relationships
Contribute to the commercial development of the office
Requirements
Hold an engineering degree specialized in Building and Public Works / Civil Engineering or equivalent
Have at least 2 years of experience in the sector
Be agile, responsive and rigorous (M/F)
Possess strong interpersonal skills
Be willing to contribute to the development of our office
Hold a valid category B driving licence
