- Play a key role in the Capital Reporting process
- Ensure accurate capital calculations and reconciliations in line with Basel IV regulations
- Work closely with data and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
- Prepare, validate, and deliver reports for internal departments and regulatory authorities
- Enjoy working with data and bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Maintain high reporting quality while working under pressure
Requirements
- Academic degree in Finance or Economics.
- Analytical skills and knowledge to handle complex information
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools (MS Excel)
- Great communication skills and fluency in English, which will be your working language
- Willingness to develop yourself, an open and positive mindset, ready to take on challenges
- Understanding of Basel IV regulations (would be an advantage)
