Identify, prospect, and develop new strategic partnerships (products and services) for Flash's B2B portfolio
Assess the feasibility of new initiatives, considering fit with the customer base, revenue potential, and strategic alignment
Conduct customer validations (interviews, tests, and demand analyses) to evaluate product-market fit
Define go-to-market strategies for new offerings, including value proposition, positioning, and commercial approach
Design offering and pricing models in partnership with internal teams
Build complete business cases to recommend approval, iteration, or discontinuation of initiatives
Propose and test new approaches when there is no initial traction, based on learnings and data
Translate results and learnings into clear, actionable strategic recommendations
Work cross-functionally with Product, Commercial (Sales), Operations, and Technology teams
Requirements
Experience in technology companies or high-growth environments (priority)
Experience in prospecting, negotiating, and managing partners
Strong commercial and business development profile, with the ability to identify opportunities, build value propositions, and generate new revenue streams
Experience in strategy and go-to-market, including product/service launches and positioning
Experience conducting customer research and validating products (product-market fit)
Strong analytical skills, with experience building business cases, conducting feasibility studies, and using data to support decision-making
