Support our Customer Success team with user inquiries from Germany.
Develop and implement your own ideas and concepts for user communication.
Collaborate with our colleagues in Berlin and Brussels to further develop our user communication.
Get involved in the continuous running of experiments to improve our Customer Success in Germany, including the user journeys in Accountable's mobile and web apps.
Fundamentals of reporting and measuring key customer satisfaction metrics.
Close collaboration with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure an excellent customer journey.
Requirements
University degree or vocational training, or relevant professional experience
You are an open person with strong communication skills and a healthy level of empathy.
You have strong empathy and can easily relate to our German users.
You bring a hands-on mentality and initiative, are motivated, and think in a results-oriented way.
You are interested in self-employment (freelancing) and everything related to it.
Ideally, you already have some initial experience in this field.
You have flawless written and spoken German and can express yourself clearly.
You are comfortable with business-level English.
You are eager to work in a growing, highly motivated startup and enjoy actively contributing to the company through your work.
