Responsible for development and attainment of sales and service objectives through subordinate sales personnel within an assigned geographic area
Supervises sales and support staff, including responsibility for hiring, training, developing, disciplining and contributing to decision making regarding discharge of subordinate employees
Oversees Inventory and Compliance of subordinates including licensure, permits and documentation is per policy and procedure
Will have fleet vehicle management responsibilities
Interacts with other departments and vendors to resolve issues and develop strategic plans
Requirements
Bachelors degree preferred
3-5 years, customer facing, sales experience
3-5 years management experience preferred
