Build relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concerns
Fulfill requests and answer questions for internal and external customers
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients

Navigate between multiple databases quickly and accurately

Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, with a retail or e-commerce background.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions independently.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Excellent organizational skills and time management.
