Role Overview
- Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations
- Manage sensitive employee relations cases
- Build and manage relationships with payroll and benefits partners
- Be the first point of contact for client queries on benefits and payroll
- Stay ahead of labor laws and cultural nuances across Benelux
- Review and advise on employment contracts
- Guide clients through Performance Improvement Plans
- Act as SPOC for employees’ immigration/mobility needs
- Identify delegable tasks and document processes
- Drive automation and AI adoption in HR processes
- Lead global HR practices improvement efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience
- fluent in English, Dutch
- Deep expertise in Benelux labor laws
- strong working knowledge of employment regulations in Europe
- experience supporting complex employee relations.
- exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools like Zoom & Slack.
