AspiringIT is seeking a Junior HR Specialist to support their HR Processing Centre. This role focuses on managing employee lifecycle transactions and ensuring operational efficiency in HR services such as onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR transactions: onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and records
- Support payroll inputs, reconciliation, and reporting (where applicable)
- Administer employee benefits and respond to related queries
- Maintain HR systems (SAP / SuccessFactors preferred)
- Handle employee requests and provide first-level issue resolution
- Collaborate with HR teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Maintain HR knowledgebase and process documentation
- Perform audits and ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Generate monthly HR reports and support process improvements
