Expert ERP Consultant

Role Overview

• Independently implement and deliver client projects
• Drive digitalization, optimize and design business processes and strategies
• Lead workshops, trainings and pitches for our clients
• Work closely with our development team and steer the development process
• Take responsibility for multiple exciting projects simultaneously
• Serve as the team’s point of contact for complex tasks and projects
• Mentor Senior Consultants

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting; industry professionals transitioning into an expert role are welcome
• Extremely quick comprehension, strong analytical thinking and a high degree of self-motivation
• Team player with a passion for challenging tasks and complex problem-solving
• A can-do attitude paired with deep subject-matter expertise
• Business-fluent language skills (minimum C1) in German and English
