About this role
Role Overview
Assist customers to quickly restore crashed systems
Investigate root causes of OutOfMemory errors or system crashes and provide customers with solutions to prevent recurrence
Troubleshoot system performance and SMB communication issues
Provide configuration changes to remediate security issues based on customers' penetration test findings
Direct customer contact and support for system or network configuration issues
Requirements
Strong technical skills and at least 3 years of demonstrable experience resolving complex Level 2/3 issues
Good knowledge of common network protocols and core network operations
Solid experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems
Familiarity with one or more of the following databases is a plus: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, MariaDB, and DB2
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain professionalism while troubleshooting and investigating underlying issues
German language skills (written and spoken) at C1 level and solid English skills.
