Acting as a trusted technical advisor to our strategic customers
Delivering coaching and training to customers to ensure value and usability from our products
Partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues that arise during customer implementations

Have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 6 years of relevant experience
Have hands-on experience with web applications or an understanding of TCP/IP networks
Be proficient in one or more web development languages, methodologies or architectures
Have experience working with difficult customers
Demonstrate experience in a technical customer-facing role and a desire to deliver consulting services
Display communication and presentation skills that allow you to articulate highly technical information in a concise manner
