Adapt creatives for different formats: Reels, Stories, Shorts, YouTube Ads, feed, display, and others.
Collaborate with the global creative team to build visual narratives that improve CTR, engagement, and conversion.
Ensure visual consistency and technical quality across all deliverables, aligned with each client's standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong portfolio demonstrating work across all three areas: video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design.
Proficient in the Adobe suite: Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator (Figma is a plus).
Experience creating performance creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads — understanding hooks, pacing, dynamic captions, and adaptation for different platforms.
Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and command of design principles (typography, color, hierarchy, layout).
Stable internet connection for continuous remote work.
Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and collaborate with global teams.
Nice-to-haves: experience with 2D/3D animation, illustration, branding, or tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, and Lottie.
