As a member of the Compliance team, you will work directly with Customer Care, Product, Tech, Data teams, our regulatory partners — and our members.
Responsible for client onboarding: you are the final decision-maker for KYC cases.
You analyze the consistency of account and transaction flows and are responsible for approving or rejecting member onboarding.
You manage real-time transaction monitoring.
You identify early warning signals, triage alerts, and decide on any precautionary measures to take.
You draft and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
You act as a key point of contact for members and partners on compliance-related questions.
You manage end-to-end case handling for high-risk or sensitive files.
You ensure the quality of documentation: every action must be recorded with a high degree of precision.
You identify and remove frictions in the KYC journeys.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in law, finance, audit, risk management, or a related field.
Prior experience in compliance, KYC, AML, or within a regulated environment (banking, fintech, consultancy, or a regulator such as the ACPR).
Comfortable with digital tools: proficiency or a strong interest in advanced Excel, SQL, BI tools, and AI solutions applied to compliance is a clear advantage.
Professional working proficiency in English (daily interactions with the tech team, partners, and documentation).
