Role Overview
- Promote and sell complex application and system solutions
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs
- Provide technical expertise and develop customized solutions
- Collaborate with teams to ensure successful project execution
- Report directly to the Senior Tech Supp Manager
- Participate in customer-facing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 3+ years of experience in sales engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of Fire Alarm experience
- Strong technical background in application and systems engineering
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in selling complex application and system solutions (preferred)
- Proven track record of success in sales engineering roles (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills (preferred)
- Innovative and eager to learn (preferred)
- Curious individuals who are open to exploring new business opportunities (preferred)
