Own and manage annual price update process, including maintaining and publishing price books to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely communication to customers.
Serve and the primary point of contact for all pricing-related inquiries, including sales order price discrepancies, invoice disputes, contract pricing questions, discount approvals, rebate validations, and system pricing errors. Ensuring timely resolutions and clear communication across Sales, Finance, and Customer service.
Monitor pricing performance and provide insights and recommendations to Offering Management team to support price and margin management decisions.
Partner with Sales to support deal pricing (Quoted Prices) and customer-specific pricing strategies.
Work with pricing and IT colleagues to develop easy to use tools to aggregate, transform and analyze data to drive efficient decision making.
Evaluate profitability, margins, and discounting practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
Investigate, recommend, and implement integration solutions to streamline data process and ensure data consistency across systems (SFDC/ CPQ/ ERP; any other pricing system) improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field or equivalent
Analytical skills and more specifically being able to connect disparate information (data from different sources, processes, people, etc.)
A proven track record of delivering results in large, complex, matrix organizations
Excellent planning, execution, and project-management skills
Strong knowledge and/or experience with reporting packages (Business Objects, etc.), databases (SQL, etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks)
Experience working with large datasets and pricing systems (SAP, Salesforce)
Strong communications skills with a commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior leadership
Experience in B2B Pricing or complex product portfolios
