Manage multiple procurement mandates related to marketing and production, from the preparation phase through contract finalization;
Oversee the contract lifecycle, including supplier onboarding, invoice approvals and handoff to Behaviour’s internal teams;
Negotiate supplier contracts to optimize cost, quality and delivery timelines while meeting business objectives;
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Production, Finance and Legal) at all stages of supplier partnerships;
Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, supervising performance, communication, issue resolution and quality assessments;
Support supplier evaluation and sourcing by applying industry standards, managing contracts (NDA, MNDA, MSA, SOW, renewals) and leveraging market research and strategic analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing or vendor management;
Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to influence, build partnerships and manage vendor relationships;
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced international environment;
Strong understanding of contracts, supplier performance management and procurement best practices;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client
and user-focused approach;
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
