Reservations Sales Agent

Role Overview

• Answer inbound calls from guests who purchased a promotional vacation getaway
• Assist with booking travel dates, general questions, and confirming reservations
• Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction
• Address any escalated customer service issues that arise
• Help deliver on arrivals, increase revenue for the department, and guarantee tour volume
• Package retention (saving the sale), selling of dates, escalation of calls, retaining the business

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work flexible shifts to include weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• 1+ years of customer service, reservations, or equivalent experience a plus
• 1+ years of call center experience preferred
• Proficient working with Microsoft Office is preferred
• Sales experience highly preferred
