About this role
Role Overview
Manage product testing and certification activities from planning to final approval
Decide what tests are needed based on rules, standards, and product requirements
Coordinate testing done internally and by external laboratories
Be the main contact for external testing labs and certification organizations
Track testing progress, manage timelines, and keep projects moving on schedule
Review test results, explain findings clearly, and help teams resolve issues
Support new product launches by ensuring required testing and approvals are completed
Organize and follow up on product trials with customers, including field visits and reporting
Control testing costs by selecting the right tests, suppliers, and budgets
Share knowledge, maintain testing documentation, and support internal teams with guidance
Requirements
Min. BSc degree in a Science-related field (e.g. chemistry, biology, mathematics) or equivalent
2+ years of experience in coordination, administration or project management preferred, or a university graduate interested in gaining professional experience
Good knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint combined with excellent organizational and administrative skills
Fluency in English
Experience in the protective coatings industry would be desirable
Project management skills will be valued
Effectively engage with internal application teams and external suppliers
Open, clear, and team‑oriented communication style
Problem‑solving approach, enthusiastic approach and desire to develop new skills
