Owns the regional demand plan for the Protective Coatings business
Supports the end-to-end demand planning cycle
Provides data-driven insights for effective IBP decisions
Leads Regional demand planning process and consolidates inputs into a validated forecast
Analyzes demand drivers and monitors key KPIs to improve forecast performance
Identifies demand risks and opportunities, communicating impacts to stakeholders
Partners with key supply chain functions to align demand with supply capacity
Facilitates monthly demand review cycles for regional S&OP process
Supports ERP/planning system enhancements across planning and execution

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, or supply chain management
Experience in Marine, Industrial, Chemicals, Lubricants, Automotive, or related B2B markets
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Proficiency with forecasting systems and tools (SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP, APO, etc.)
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional influencing abilities
Understanding of S&OP, inventory optimization, and supply planning fundamentals
Fluent in spoken and written English
