About this role
Role Overview
- Forecasting & Analysis: Develop accurate demand forecasts, monitor forecast accuracy, and collaborate with Supply Planning.
- S&OP and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive change management across countries, align forecasts with promotional activities, and provide insights for budgeting.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare regular demand reports for management, communicate forecast changes, and drive forecast accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 years of proven Demand / Supply Chain Planning experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial forecasting methods
- Experience with Demand Planning systems in a defined planning cycle
- Must have a strong understanding of S&OP/IBP
- College / University degree with a major in Supply Chain management and/or Commercial Business Management
- APICs certification a plus
