Develop, monitor and interpret regional performance analyses, focusing on sales, profitability and operational efficiency indicators;
Translate data and technical analyses into clear, actionable insights to support regional-level decision-making;
Present studies, diagnostics and recommendations in a structured and didactic manner, fostering alignment with regional teams;
Assist the area manager in identifying opportunities, in formulating and tracking action plans aimed at performance improvement;
Contribute to the evolution of reports, dashboards and analytical models, seeking greater efficiency, standardization and information quality.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
Prior experience in Data Analysis, preferably in business, sales, operations or planning contexts;
Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced), including use of formulas, pivot tables and data organization;
Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and validation;
Experience or familiarity with Power BI for building and analyzing management dashboards;
Basic knowledge of Statistics and strong analytical skills, with ease identifying patterns, trends and improvement opportunities;
Good verbal and written communication, with the ability to present analyses clearly, objectively and appropriately for different audiences;
Collaborative profile with strong interpersonal and influencing skills, working closely with regions and other business areas.
