About this role
Role Overview
Will be responsible for leading strategic brand initiatives, supporting decisions relevant to the future of the System.
Lead branding discussions with different audiences: internal teams, managers, directors and boards in a clear, structured and collaborative manner.
Work on projects for building, evolving, or repositioning the Ailos brand.
Ensure the management of brand identity, guaranteeing coherence and consistency across all institutional manifestations.
Produce narratives, presentations and content with excellence in public speaking, storytelling, and a refined aesthetic sense.
Lead projects involving multiple areas and stakeholders with a systemic perspective and empathy.
Understand different contexts, needs, and expectations, proposing strategic solutions that generate business value.
Analyze strategic KPIs to measure the long-term impact of branding actions.
Conduct benchmarking and bring insights that strengthen innovation in brand management.
Manage brand positioning campaigns, leading relationships with external and internal partners.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Specialization in Branding, Marketing, or related areas.
Experience with Google Search Console and GA4.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word; intermediate Excel skills.
Experience with social listening tools (Stilingue, Hi Platform).
