Role Overview
Take end-to-end ownership of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and ongoing optimisation
Design and deliver solutions across multiple clouds including Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, and/or Voice
Lead large-scale CRM implementations, ensuring delivery is on time, on scope, and built to scale
Act as the primary Salesforce point of contact for internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Drive automation, workflow design, and integration architecture across business units
Ensure data integrity, platform security, and compliance with internal IT and MDM policies
Champion Salesforce best practices and maintain up-to-date documentation and change management records
Proactively identify platform gaps and propose solutions before issues escalate
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in enterprise or mid-to-large scale business environments
Multi-cloud expertise across at least 2–3 of: Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, Voice
Track record of successfully delivering large, complex Salesforce implementations — not just maintenance or small-business support
Proven ability to self-direct, prioritise, and deliver outcomes without micromanagement
Salesforce Administrator certification required; platform-specific certifications a strong plus
Clear, professional communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations at all levels
Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
