Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation
- Demonstrated AI fluency
- A resourceful problem solver
- Hands-on proficiency in Braze or a comparable marketing automation platform
- Demonstrated ability to build and QA campaign code independently
- Solid analytical instincts
- A strong understanding of user journeys and lifecycle stages
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable in a high-velocity environment
- Comfortable working in Figma
- Broad awareness of growth marketing beyond lifecycle
