Identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers and prospects in the region to uncover new sales opportunities for the Territory Manager.
Provide training to clinical staff on sample collection and order processing and deliver in-service training on-site with customers.
Plan onsite visits with existing customers to address customer concerns, sample issues, and billing.
Develop a working relationship with multiple internal teams to resolve customer issues and share information related to enhancing existing relationships with the customers
Requirements
BA or BS degree from a four-year, accredited university. This is a full-time, field-based position offered by Millennium Health.
2+ years with a demonstrated track record of continued, progressive sales success.
Healthcare experience required.
Strong cold calling and closing skills.
Prior experience in pain management preferred.
Uncompromising ethics and integrity.
CRM experience (preferably Sales Force) and comfortable using a range of technology platforms while on the road.
Clean driving record and ability to maintain a home office.
Ability to travel overnight within the territory and attend conferences and company meetings.
Ability to ensure HIPAA, Confidentiality and Compliance policy, procedures, and standards are always adhered to.
Ability to ensure administrative, physical and technical cyber security controls are always adhered to.
