Act as the strategic lead for client relationships, developing a deep understanding of their businesses and markets, anticipating needs and proposing solutions.
Lead and oversee communication projects, ensuring integration across internal teams (creative, media, planning, production, digital, etc.) and external suppliers.
Actively participate in brand strategic planning, transforming insights and briefs into actionable plans.
Develop and supervise schedules, budgets, and performance indicators, ensuring deliverables align with strategy and are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
Manage the accounts team (assistants, executives, and supervisors), coaching technical skills and behavioral development.
Maintain close relationships with key clients, negotiating investments, presenting results, and identifying growth opportunities.
Analyze campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, digital metrics), generating insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables, serving as the final validation point before client presentations.
