Focused on solving manufacturing engineering challenges impacting delivery of repaired components within a specific part family to support engine overhaul across the MRO network.
Collaborate with various groups, including engine platforms, repair engineering, and inspection engineers to solve problems quickly.
Ensure product (part family) meets customer requirements and own technical reviews.
Drive systemic change to address root cause findings and support SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) daily management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
At least 5 years of experience in aerospace and/or manufacturing environment
Knowledge of overhaul and component repair processes
Fluent in English, written and verbal.
Ability to travel internationally including ability to work across multiple time zones: USA, Brazil, United Kingdom, Hungary, Poland, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan.
