About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the project coordination with the consultant team for each phase of the project
- Provide Revit support for the preparation of project documents
- Prepare design and construction documents
- Assist the Project Manager or Architect with construction services
- Perform project code searches and analysis for each project
- Communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, and Ware Malcomb employees
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the field of Architecture
- Experience working on retail projects strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is preferred; however, equivalent related experience will also be considered
- Revit skills
- Knowledge of building codes
- Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
