Role Overview
- Lead the design process from discovery through validation;
- Translate business problems and user behavior into simple, scalable solutions;
- Create flows, wireframes and medium
- and high-fidelity prototypes;
- Work closely with product, technology and business teams;
- Knowledge of and use of AI in the design process;
- Support the definition and evolution of experience metrics (e.g., conversion, journey success, NPS);
- Validate solutions with users (usability tests, interviews, in-store observation).
Requirements
- Previous experience as a UX Designer (mid-level);
- Proficiency with prototyping tools;
- Experience conducting usability testing;
- Ability to work with data (quantitative and qualitative);
- Experience using AI in the design workflow;
- Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo (SP);
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with physical retail or omnichannel environments;
- Projects involving self-service or in-store customer journeys;
- Knowledge of business metrics;
- Experience with experimentation (A/B testing, pilot tests).
