About this role
Role Overview
- Own the crew module breathing oxygen distribution system and interfaces through the entire life cycle: Conception, Design, Build, Test, Installation, and Operations
- Perform system calculations
- Solve technical and program problems with the help of your team
- Be actively involved in the development testing of your hardware
- Lead a multi-discipline product team
- Determine and manage schedule and budget for owned hardware
- Show system and component compliance to Blue and NASA technical requirements
- Be the technical point of contact for your hardware
- Adhere to Blue Leadership Principles
Requirements
- BS in the related engineering field
- Experience in one or more areas of the product life cycle
- Experience leading small technical teams
- Experience with high-pressure oxygen systems (preferred)
- Training in Oxygen Compatibility Assessments (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Creo or other CAD software (preferred)
- Experience with small project management (preferred)
