Act as SAP MM key user, representing Procurement in company-wide system requests;
Map, validate and standardize business rules (purchasing policies, approval levels, approval limits, document types, contracts, spot purchases, among others);
Define and prioritize the area’s requests with IT and data teams, ensuring alignment with business needs;
Manage and develop Procurement BI, acting as the interface with the data team;
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as OTIF, PMP and contract management;
Log and follow up on incidents, proposing continuous improvements to processes and systems;
Validate functional requirements and ensure solutions adhere to business processes;
Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and support system rollouts and enhancements;
Provide user support, including training and knowledge dissemination;
Handle critical requests and sensitive information, ensuring data reliability and governance;
Contribute to technological advancement and continuous improvement of the area;
Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental guidelines and the code of conduct.
Requirements
University degree completed;
Solid experience in Procurement processes with end-to-end involvement;
Advanced knowledge of SAP – MM module;
Experience as a key user, working with system-related demands and interfacing with IT;
Knowledge of purchasing, contract and governance business rules;
Experience analyzing indicators and improving processes;
Knowledge of taxes applicable to procurement;
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
Intermediate English;
Knowledge of Power BI;
Experience in manufacturing, mining or related industries;
Prior experience in the role.
