Requirements
Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, ideally within procurement, finance or commercial environments.
Strong headhunting and sourcing skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and deliver against tight deadlines.
Familiarity with Workday and recruitment technology essential.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Knowledge of employment legislation and diversity best practices.
Genuine enthusiasm and curiosity for Talent Acquisition and a lifelong learning mentality.
