Functionally lead the Talent Acquisition network in Indonesia on upskilling and coaching.
Drive improvements embedded in sustainable technology processes and projects.
End-to-end responsibility for recruiting and proactive talent pipelining for Michelin Indonesia.
Manage the social media strategy for Michelin Indonesia Employer Branding – social media such as Facebook/LinkedIn/careers website, job boards and others.
Best in class practice sharing and deployment for Michelin Indonesia Early Career strategy for Michelin Indonesia.
Collaborate with Regional and local HR community (Talent Acquisition, HRBPs/PDP, HR Country, HR Region, C&B).
Requirements
Obtained a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR, with a strong experience in Talent Acquisition / recruitment.
Business Proficiency in English and Indonesian Bahasa.
Strong cross-cultural collaboration, agility/determination, resilience and growth mindset.
Strong creativity/story telling, social media and event management, external partnership.
Preferred: Previous experience in managing university and student events is a plus.
