Monitor client and platform integration flows and maintain shared schedules;
Develop and present solution architecture based on client needs, identifying opportunities to expand the scope of the integration;
When supporting requesting teams, promote the revenue concepts the client can generate and the value proposition that iugu adds to the client’s operations, among other points;
Build/propose test flows for user acceptance testing to validate client and platform integrations with iugu products;
Identify and propose possible improvements to the integration process — continuous improvement;
Design the best integration solution with clients, suggesting test scenarios for validation;
Support clients’ and platforms’ development teams during the integration of iugu products;
Maintain an "owner mindset," aiming to integrate the client/platform as quickly as possible and help monetize the opportunity;
Guide or change course for both internal and external teams with clarity and objectivity in critical situations, focusing on problem resolution;
Understand and resolve technical and general questions about iugu products;
Bring requests for internal evaluation regarding the evolution of iugu products and services;
Assist in the preparation of Business Cases (BC) from a technical perspective and with impact analysis;
Keep technical documentation up to date with a continuous improvement mindset, adopting market best practices;
Act as the liaison between the team and Management, promoting and supporting internal discussions to remove blockers to integration progress;
Contribute to maintaining a healthy work environment.
Requirements
Experience in technical areas that interact directly with internal and external customers;
Understanding of interdependencies (including for test scenarios);
Strong analytical skills;
Solid experience with REST APIs (documentation and testing), using README-style documentation;
Proactivity and teamwork;
Ability to take ownership and responsibility for solutions — an "owner mindset";
Proficiency in English for reading, client meetings, comprehension, and preparing materials;
Monitoring and measurement of KPIs/KRs;
Experience in project management involving multiple stakeholders;
Strong oral and written communication skills (preparing PowerPoint presentations and using Excel).
