Maintain a strong knowledge of Incora products and LTA & JIT service solutions, and on-site and FSL policies and procedures
Administer and fulfil the implementation project, transition, and any on-going support activities of the company’s new special customer contract inventory management projects
Follow and complete implementation plan tasks developed by the Implementations Project Manager
Organize resources for implementation process
Coordinate final phase operations, (including sites visits with the Project Completion Teams) with the Operations Manager to ensure plan fulfilment, and a smooth, efficient and successful customer experience
Assist in defining customer parts requirements by point-of-use, work Center and project
Map customer production floor, as needed
Create system data records
Assist in the design and installation of scanning and barcode label equipment at inventory locations
Assist in the training of on-site personnel; develop and maintain training manuals and conduct initial and on-going training efforts for customer and company personnel
Identify and coordinate process improvements to existing and new contract operations
Aid in the testing and deployment of process, hardware and software solutions applicable to contract operations
Direct day-to-day activities of implementation crews, as requested
Ensure all organization activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local state and federal regulations and laws governing business operations
Work in concert with JIT Regional Customer Program Managers, as necessary, to assist in the day-to-day operations of existing customer contracts
Work in concert with CDF & FSL Warehouse Managers, as necessary, to assist in the day-to-day warehouse operations of existing contracts
Attend regularly scheduled and impromptu departmental meetings, and attend company-sponsored training or meetings, as required
Frequent Business Travel as needed to support projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management; or an equivelant of education and experience is required
Minimum of 3 years experience in JIT, VMI and/or 3PL environments
Demonstrated specialist knowledge of aerospace hardware products and JIT contract services
Demonstrated experience within an implementation process or teams; and working well with others
Demonstrated ability to train and/or lead others to competency
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Clear and accurate data entry and documentation skills
Strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently and ethically with both internal and external customers
Ability to be detailed oriented and perform in-depth research, if required
Ability to be cross-trained in multiple critical areas of the department
Strong competency working with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and intermediate to advanced Word and Excel (i.e., spreadsheets, formulas, importing and exporting of files, as applicable)
Ability to travel, as required
