About this role
Role Overview
Invoicing, collections, and managing a seven-figure A/R
Expense management and vendor payments (DEXT)
Payroll and commission processing (Gusto, 2x/month)
Monthly reconciliations and financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet)
Estimates and progressive invoicing in QuickBooks Online
Maintaining accurate, timely financial records and improving processes
Supporting our CPA with clean, organized data for tax prep
Requirements
5+ years full-charge bookkeeping/payroll experience
Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online Advanced
Experience with modern expense/payroll tools
DEXT, Gusto, preferred
Proven ability to manage A/R and handle collections professionally with large clients
High attention to detail and process — you take pride in getting it right
Organized, responsive, and comfortable juggling priorities
Able to work independently in a remote environment
