Provide strategic and technical direction for solutions;
Establish and disseminate technical standards and architectural best practices;
Support teams in solution design, integrations, and architectural decisions;
Ensure end-to-end quality, including performance, security, and maintainability;
Promote application observability (logs, metrics, and tracing);
Serve as a technical reference, providing mentorship and support to development teams;
Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, SRE, and UX teams;
Contribute to the evolution of enterprise architecture and technical governance.

Knowledge of development best practices, such as SOLID, Clean Code, and automated testing;
Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architecture;
Proficiency with synchronous and asynchronous communication in distributed systems;
Experience with messaging and asynchronous processing, applying resilience patterns;
Knowledge of application security, including authentication, authorization, OAuth2, and JWT;
Experience with Java (or a similar language);
Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL and/or Oracle) and use of Redis;
Experience in Cloud environments (AWS or GCP);
Use of Docker for containerizing applications.
