Operate in the Corporate segment (selling employee benefits to companies with 100+ employees)
Negotiate with clients and close contracts
Conduct visits to prospect new clients and validate projects
Actively participate throughout the entire sales process
Perform analysis and development of projects within the Commercial area
Provide direct client service, maintaining relationships up to the director/board level
Review existing contracts; understand products and policies of prospect companies
Analyze client contracts, identifying trends and deviations, and recommend financial adjustments to control claims (sinistrality) in customized reports
Negotiate with clients and suppliers to achieve optimal cost-versus-benefit conditions
Develop results-oriented commercial strategies
Validate commercial studies by preparing financial models and recommending new policies across different scenario compositions
Actively participate in cross-selling and in relationship management with the insurance market
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, Sales, or related health fields
Postgraduate degree (specialization/MBA) in management or business
Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
Knowledge of health and dental plan regulations; ANS (Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency) and SUSEP (Superintendence of Private Insurance)
