Business Solution Designer

Role Overview

• Define clients' actual needs and identify the best data solutions to meet them
• Lead functional and technical workshops with clients
• Write User Stories and detailed functional specifications
• Support business acceptance testing (UAT) and validate deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and lead projects
• Perform business and technical data modeling
• Use SQL for data analysis and structuring
• Provide sectoral expertise: energy, banking/finance, public sector, etc.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school or equivalent university degree
• Minimum 5 years' experience in sectors such as energy, finance or the public sector
• Experience in an IT services company (ESN) or consulting firm (required)
• Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense
• Skills in data modeling and functional documentation
• Knowledge of project methodologies (Scrum)
• Strong listening, analytical and communication skills to explain concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience managing teams and ability to work in an international environment
