Provide on-site technical assistance and support for network infrastructure
Respond to requests for on-site support and assistance with network equipment and infrastructure
Perform equipment installations, configurations, and decommissions as directed
Assist with troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues
Execute standard network tasks, such as cable management, patching, and rack management
Document actions taken and maintain accurate records of work performed
Collaborate with remote engineering teams to execute complex configurations and repairs
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of network equipment
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor while on-site
Follow safety protocols and best practices while working with network equipment

Familiarity with various network technologies, including but not limited to: Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN)
Virtual Private Networks (VPN)
Voice over IP (VoIP)
Network Monitoring Tools
Wireless Networking (Wi-Fi Standards), Wireless LAN Controllers, Wireless Access Points (WAP)
Software-Defined Networking (SDN)
Network Security Technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS)
Network Switches
Zscaler/ZPA & Zero Trust Support
Raritan’s KVM Solutions
DNA Appliances (Cisco DNA Center)
Strong understanding of networking principles
Excellent communication skills.
