Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and technical sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
Work closely with hiring managers to filter and screen candidates
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche technical positions
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in semiconductor, capital equipment or hardware domains
Relationships with representative candidate pool through past roles and industry knowledge
Strong understanding of semiconductor industry and microelectronics design, including chip verification, analog/mixed signal design, physical design, and emulation
Expertise in sourcing strategies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
