Role Overview
- Provide Industrial Engineering and Lean deployment functional excellence within Boeing’s supply chain
- Rapidly analyze, design, and implement sustainable production system improvements
- Lead initiatives aimed at supporting on-time delivery, enhancing quality, and driving cost improvements
- Collaborate with Boeing stakeholders and supplier leadership to plan and implement improvement projects
- Be prepared to travel up to 75% of the time
Requirements
- Associate (Level 2)
- 2+ years related work experience or equivalent technical education
- Mid-Level (Level 3)
- 5+ years related work experience or equivalent technical education
- Senior (Level 4)
- 9+ years related work experience or equivalent technical education
- Experience working in a supply chain or manufacturing environment
- Strong expertise in capacity planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles
