Developing and implementing financial strategies that optimize the performance of the supply chain
Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to manage cost, risk, and efficiency across the entire supply chain
Communicate effectively, lead a team, and make strategic decisions that drive business growth
Business partner to the Supply chain team to deliver priority transformation programs, achieve project milestones and track financial results
Deliver financial analytics and provide recommendations to Senior Supply Chain leadership to enable decision making
Collaborate with cross functional teams to orchestrate complex processes, cascade calendars and analyze supply chain chain KPIs performance including Capex/Opex and Savings vs Budget
Deliver quarterly actuals vs Budget reporting and variance analysis
Orchestrate submission and validation of quarterly forecast for the projects under your responsibility
Build and foster a transparent & collaborative partnership with key stakeholders across finance and business teams
Process re-design, improvement and standardization through data automation and simplification
Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree is required in area related to Finance/Accounting or Engineering/Business Management
Previous experience in finance or related business experience is required (Supply Chain experience preferred)
Proficiency in spoken and written English is required
Cost and Inventory accounting experience
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Experience with automation tools such as Knime, Alteryx, Power BI, Power Apps, advanced Excel.
Strong communication and presentation skills, team player
The ability to define problem statements in a crisp way, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
