Procurement Analyst Manager – SM Systems, Processes

Role Overview

• Develops and executes project and process plans
• Implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
• Acquires resources for projects and processes
• Provides technical management of systems and tools
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• Manages, develops and motivates employees
• Responsible for implementing and integrates business solutions across BDS systems and tools
• Manage Supply Chain System Access to include data access security and compliance process

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional environment
• More than 5 years of Supply Chain Experience
• Understanding principles and practices of Access Controls, Data Security & Data Governance
• More than 3 years of experience with Data Analysis & Management
• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
