Take technical ownership of ICT services in customer-specific smart-sourcing models
Ensure stable, secure and compliant operations across multi-provider environments
Contribute to solution and architecture design with operational and lifecycle requirements
Act as a key technical contact for customers, internal teams and external partners
Coordinate technical topics across operations, engineering and architecture
Support major incidents, problem management and complex escalations
Coach engineers on best practices, troubleshooting and automation
Drive automation and AI initiatives to improve efficiency and quality

Several years of experience in ICT operations or a similar role (minimum 5 years)
Strong expertise in the areas of: networking, cloud, security, platforms, automation
Experience in smart-sourcing and multi-provider environments
Solid understanding of end-to-end service management (incident, problem, change, release)
Interest or experience in automation and AIOps
Strong analytical, structured and customer-focused mindset
Proven ability to coordinate, influence and resolve complex technical issues
Fluent in French and English; German is an advantage
