Outside Food Sales Representative

Role Overview

• Cultivate relationships and develop new business with customers
• Provide innovative solutions to help customers achieve their goals
• Pursue new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers
• Visit all customers within the assigned territory regularly
• Conduct business reviews to determine existing customers' needs
• Provide ongoing training to customers on product offerings
• Balance new customer acquisition with relationship management
• Coordinate visits and communicate order status to customers
• Engage in various training offerings for success during the first 90 days

Requirements

• A high school diploma/GED is required
• Bachelor's degree and/or culinary certificate preferred
• 1 year of prior sales, business, or food service experience
• Maintaining a valid, unrestricted state driver's license and a safe driving record
• If applicable, must participate in company vehicle reimbursement program and maintain required insurance levels
• Ability to obtain your food safety certification
