About this role
Role Overview
- Oversee procurement operations across multiple sites within the region
- Lead procurement and expediting activities
- Ensure that all purchasing aligns with financial, operational, and compliance requirements
- Manage after-hours and emergency ordering support
- Manage operational spare parts procurement
- Partner with regional and site operations teams to secure materials and services on time and on budget
- Report on regional procurement performance, savings, risks, and supplier metrics
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the procurement experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of procurement experience, ideally in a multi-site environment
- Strong understanding of sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management
- Experience with ERP or procurement systems (Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process discipline
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities
- Effective communicator and influencer
- Results-oriented and process-driven
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
