Identify dependencies, risks, and change management considerations to support adoption across domestic and international DX Communications teams
Continuously evaluate emerging capabilities while maintaining focus on Communications outcomes
Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years leading technology-enabled initiatives such as product management, digital strategy, communications enablement, or business transformation roles
Proven experience owning roadmaps and prioritization decisions tied to measurable business outcomes
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
Strong analytical skills; experience defining and tracking success metrics
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills
Experience working closely with technology delivery teams
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Technology Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
