Lead the successful deployment and implementation of payment solutions to clients and markets
Manage the end-to-end rollout process, ensuring smooth transitions from development to live environments
Coordinate cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and resolving issues during implementation
Engage with stakeholder groups to align on rollout progress and identify new feature demands
Act as a trusted consultant on payment solutions to support ongoing initiatives and future strategic planning
Create and manage comprehensive rollout plans with clearly defined milestones, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs
Lead the preparation and execution of deployments
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the rollout lifecycle
Provide hands-on support during and after go-live to address immediate needs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date rollout documentation

BS/BA and 2+ years of experience leading complex product rollouts or implementations (end-to-end), preferably in payments/FinTech and/or the automotive/commercial vehicle industry
Strong project management experience with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, timelines, and resources
Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, or Scrum) is a plus.
Familiarity with payment solutions, payment gateways, processing systems, and the associated technical infrastructure
Strong ability to handle unforeseen challenges and adapt to changing circumstances
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer focus with an ability to manage client relationships effectively
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
